Terms and Conditions
1. All the customers of Manali Taxi Service must agree to the terms & conditions mentioned in this document.
2. All the customers must provide valid and correct contact information, such as name, address, telephone number, hotel or email address.
3. All the customers must pay the applicable taxi fare in advance to confirm the booking and the full amount before the journey begins.
4. Manali Taxi Service will provide the best possible service to the customers and a specific vehicle is subject to availability. Ask for a particular/required vehicle name/make/model before booking confirmation.
5. Manali Taxi Service will not be responsible for any damage to personal belongings, or for any injuries or illness that occur during the journey.
6. Manali Taxi Service reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
7. Cancellation of the service must be done at least two days prior to the scheduled journey. Contact for cancellation charges, if any.
8. Manali Taxi Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Manali Taxi Service will be final. The legal disputes will be settled before the honorable court in Manali jurisdiction.
